Imy F. Wax

M.S., LCPC, CEP

A psychotherapist and educational consultant, Imy is a member of several professional and parental organizations. She is a Certified Diplomate in Psychotherapy, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Certified Educational Planner and a member of the National Board for Certified Counselors. Imy has completed additional graduate work and courses in psychotherapy, family therapy and neuroscience.

Bill Connor

Ed.D., LCP, NCSP

An Educational Consultant, Licensed Clinical Psychologist (IL) and Nationally Certified School Psychologist. Prior to educational consulting, he served as the Psychologist and Director of Student Services with Hong Kong International School as well as psychologist in multiple public school settings and clinical settings. He has frequently taught as an adjunct faculty at the university level.

Emily Jann

Parent Coach, B.A., A.C.C, Boarding Schools specialist

A parent mentor who is currently pursuing her Associate Certified Coaching (ACC) credential from the International Coaching Federation. Emily earned her BA in Interpersonal Communications from Ohio State University. Through her real life experience of having a child in treatment, Emily understands the frustration, stress, anxiety, and feelings of failure this decision can produce. With understanding and empathy, Emily supports families as they address the changes they want to make for themselves and their family system moving forward.

Randi Valerious

JD, MSW CADC

An educational consultant, Randi is currently pursuing a Masters in Social Work (MSW) from Loyola and a Certified Alcohol and other Drug Counselor certification (CADC). Prior to becoming an educational consultant, Randi graduated from the University of Michigan with a BA in psychology and received her JD from Harvard Law School. Randi has practiced law for 27 years. Randi understands that every family and child has unique needs and is passionate about finding a program that fits those needs.

Kristie Jensen

Client Services Manager, B.S.

Kristie manages our office in American Fork, Utah where she provides a critical link between The Aspire Group and the many area programs that support our clients. She has been a highly regarded industry professional for nearly 20 years in numerous critical roles and capacities. Kristie has worked successfully in multiple treatment programs and in a variety of critical roles. She has been an Admissions Director, an Operations Manager, and has had responsibility for Business Development and marketing. Kristie earned her degree in Social Work and demonstrates every day her passion and dedication to helping those families whose needs we serve.

Louise Langsam

Account Services Manager, B.A., M.B.A

Louise joined The Aspire Group as we continue to expand. She manages the financial responsibility, organization and logistics of the day-to-day business from our Deerfield office. She is also responsible for marketing efforts to increase awareness of The Aspire Group so that more people can benefit from the expertise and knowledge we have to offer. She utilizes her background in Brand Management in the consumer products industry and her MBA in Marketing from the University of Chicago to help us grow and flourish.
